Norgren Legal Limited is headed by Nathaniel Norgren, a senior lawyer with over 20 years experience, 12 of which were spent as an in-house counsel (most recently as General Counsel to the ETV Capital group of companies and prior to that at Merrill Lynch Investment Managers, where he was the in-house counsel responsible for their two largest offshore fund ranges).  Nathaniel trained and qualified at Freshfields, the Magic Circle law firm, where he worked for seven years primarily on asset and project finance transactions.

 

As a result of his diverse private practice and in-house background, Nathaniel has a broad range of in-depth experience.  In the last fourteen years he has developed a thorough understanding of the venture capital and venture debt markets, having been involved in over 300 growth finance transactions in multiple jurisdictions.
